REQUIREMENTS

(1.)  Your capital funding requirements must be for commercial or business related purposes.

(2.)  The Minimum dollar amount (or its equivalent) that we are effectively able to provide is at,
or above, U.S $500,000.00   No Maximum

(3.)  Your company must be seeking Long or Short Term Debt  , Equity or Venture  Business Capital

(4.)  After you submit a business plan , executive summary or any other form of written project documentation
with a signed cover letter in support of your specific capital funding requirements via email. The 4 business days  
"In Principle Decision"  starts when we have received your signed documentation. When conformation is
received back to our office from the Lenders or Agents , you will receive a loan package containing some or all of the
following.  Procurement agreement , LOI , FAA , FSA , Invoice , ect. for your review via priority service.

All Documents must be sent in electronic form as per the lenders requirements.    No hard copy can be accepted
